About Us
What We Do
Our team creates and publishes technical training resources for learners pursuing skilled trades certifications. Since the early 2000s, ILMs (Individual Learning Modules) have been a crucial resource for apprenticeship training providers to supplement classroom instruction and hands-on training in Alberta and across Canada. ILMs deliver essential information, concepts, theories, and learning exercises to support learners on their educational journeys. Our products align with Alberta’s apprenticeship curriculum standards, competencies, and learning objectives.
We prioritize collaboration and partner with industry experts and post-secondary training institutions to develop and validate ILM content. These partnerships ensure that our materials are high-quality, current, and industry-relevant.
Although we are based in Alberta, we are dedicated to supporting apprenticeship learners across Canada. Our ILMs are available to, and used by, post-secondary institutions and training providers nationwide.
ILM currently offers modules for 15 of Alberta’s 40+ designated trades. For a complete list of available ILMs, please visit ILM - Home (ilmlearning.ca) to view our Product Lists.
